Unlike cow milk ricotta, goat ricotta contains less fat. The flavour is fresh and mild. It’s most ideal for crumbling on top of salads and pasta dishes; mix with cream and herbs for a dip; or simply with some olive oil and fleur de sel on top.
Store at the bottom of your fridge. Leave the box slightly open to reduce over humidity that would alter the cheese.
This cheese can be kept 2 weeks in good conditions.
