Luscious, sun-ripened organic lychees and heirloom roses offer layers of scent and soft sweetness. Presented in delicate shades of pink with a glistening finish, we usually harmonise this jam with buttercream, cream cheese, or fresh fruits.
It is a tribute to Pierre Hermé’s classic dessert “Ispahan”; a striking combination of roses and lychees and raspberry that blend into the sum of February in Chiang Mai.
