Kampot White Pepper taste is obtained by soaking the red berries in water for a few days which gives a clean, peppery aroma and a smooth flavour. Its lasting heat builds slowly, carrying notes of freshly cut grass and lime.
Kampot is a protected geographical indication (PGI) product and organic certified from Cambodia.

Kampot Pepper was first awarded protected geographical indication, a status recognizing the product as unique and special, by the Cambodian Government in 2010.
