Longkhot ashed goat cheese is covered in vegetable ash giving it a unique flavour and enjoyable texture.
Vegetable carbon allows a better maturation and has some medicinal vertues know for over 3000 years such as absorbing body toxins and chemicals.
Store in your fridge. Leave the box slightly open to reduce over humidity that would alter the cheese.
This cheese can be kept 4 weeks in good conditions.
