This VIVIN selected cow cheeses is carefully hand-made in Chiang Rai.
Tha Sai Blue is a light Stilton style cheese. Aged for 1.5 month minimum, it’s very nicely creamy but not over strong if consummed soon enough. It will keep on developping flavour powerness with time.
Store in your fridge. This cheese can be kept 2 month in good condition. Take out of fridge 10 min before serving.
