VIVIN caviar selection – Privilege – White Sturgeon
Dark in colour, bigger eggs, soft but robust in texture, toasted hazelnut flavour with hints of fresh sea.
The traditional Russian method “malossol” that is used in producing this caviar can really exalt it, extremely tasty that needs only a light salting to be appreciated by the most demanding connoisseur. We have been selecting accurately by hand this highly refined Oscietra, as we do with all our products. It involves all the senses with perfect identical crisp grains, with an intense golden brown colour and lasting taste of refined delight.
Italian sturgeon single origin.
Store in fridge at all time (0°C to 4°C). Consume between 2-3 days after opening.
Net weight: 30g, 50g, 100g or 1000g.
